Kevin "Untouchables" Costner will play Jonathan "Pa" Kent in Zach Snyder's "Superman: The Man Of Steel". He will join Diane Lane, who will be is on-screen wife, Martha Kent, with Henry Cavill playing their "out of this world" super-son, Clark Kent aka Superman.
I'm actually glad that Snyder and Warner have cast a BIG actor for the role, other than just picking some unknown actor. Okay, picking Brandon Routh for Superman back in "Superman Returns" in 2006, was a great choice. But for the role of Pa Kent, go with some older BIG actor.
