Is there any risk in rescheduling a fingerprinting appt? I am travelling when the appointment is currently scheduled for:(. Does that impact the overall processing times of 485/EAD/AP?
I don't know how it affects the overall processing times, but there is no problem rescheduling the appointment. Just follow the instructions on your notice.

A federal judge in Phoenix on Wednesday blocked key provisions of Arizona's controversial immigration law from taking effect as scheduled Thursday, granting in part an injunction requested by the Obama administration.
U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton ruled that the injunction would apply to the portion of the state law that requires police to try to determine the immigration status of a person they arrest, stop or detain while enforcing other laws if they reasonably suspect the person is in the United States illegally.
In a lawsuit filed against Arizona, the Obama administration said the law was unconstitutional and warned that the provision would result in racial profiling and harassment of U.S. citizens, legal immigrants and foreign visitors.
Bolton said in her ruling that it was "not in the public interest" for Arizona to enforce a provision that preempts federal enforcement of immigration law.

My company has decided to transfer all cases to a new attorney, and I am planning to go with the decision.
Therefore we need to file a new G-28 (Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Represesentative).
The form pre-filled by the new attorney says:
In re: All Immigration Matters on behalf of XYZ
Is it okay to sign on something like this? Or am I giving away permission for much more than they need, without knowing!
My AOS(and EAD, AP) applications filed in July 2007 all had separate G-28 forms which said:
In re: I-485 for XYZ on the G-28 pertaining to my I-485,
In re: I-131 for XYZ on the G-28 pertaining to my I-131,
In re: I-765 for XYZ on the G-28 pertaining to my I-765
Hopefully it is okay to give a permission for "all immigration matters" but wanted to double check, just in case!

I'm not an attorney, but an immigration paralegal. You can apply for the extension within six months of expiry. As long as your passport is valid at the time of filing you should be fine.

Has anyone been able to call USCIS premium processing toll free number today and talk to an Officer. I have been unable to get to an Officer today but was able to talk before. I am wondering whether there is a limit on how many times you can call(I have called 3 times so far in 10 days) or if you can't call after so many days have passed after your application is approved.

You cannot fix a priority date error through a phone! This is a serious thing and would need to be corrected through a letter from an attorney or something like that.

For EB3 case, after receiving the approval for I 140, I know that we have to wait till DOL Proiority Date is current to be able to file for I485.
If we decide to receive the green card in any consulars overseas, can we just go ahead and file the I485 after getting the I140 approval? (without waiting for PD to be current)
Any advice would be appreciated?
I believe that you will have to wait for priority dates to be current even if you go for Consular processing.

Any suggestion on how we can approch sending the approved LCA later and ask USCIS to match it to the already submitted H1B petition?
I dont see a problem if you have I 485 Pending ( i assume you have EAD to continue working )
I filed my H1B 3 months later after joining a new job on EAD , i didnt have any problem

Company "A" had filed my H1B transfer after I accept their offer. I signed the offer letter
In offer letter no where it is mentioned that if I leave company , i have to pay H1B transfer expenses.
Also It is clearly written without any reason , time either way can terminate job. This is below from offer letter..
"I have read and accept this employment offer. I understand my services under this agreement will begin with the successful transfer of my H1B. I understand my employment is terminable at will, i.e., and either company or I may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause."
Now , I have a better offer ,I am not joining that company .
They are asking me for H1B transfer expenses.
Company is asking "You signed and agreed to become an employee, however you never even started working here to begin an employee/employer relationship also you keep delying your joing time..It is clear that the delays were a stall tactic and completely dishonest, which any court will agree with."
If I am not paying it, they are going to take legal action ..
Please let me know your thought or any lawyer can help me in case company files legal action and what will be charges
